ABOUT OUR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Steve Wells first started his construction business back in 1974 along with a close friend John Bunce, they were known as Bunce & Wells Construction. The company traded successfully for the next 15 years serving the people of Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and making the occasional foray into London for long days and late nights. The partnership came to an amicable end in the late 1980's due to Mr bunce wishing to go in a different direction. Mr Wells retained the name of Bunce and Wells and still today trade under that banner in certain areas.

Mr Wells continued to serve his established and new customers along with numerous local authorities in the south east. Mr Wells went on to win a national award in 1997 for a property he built in Winnersh, on the outskirts of Reading. it was a very proud moment in his career.

Up to the present day SW Construction continues to serve their customers with all their needs with regards to maintenance, refurbishments, alterations and extensions to the highest of standards.

Over the last few years Mr Wells has started to take a step back from the front line. All day to day running of all sites is taken care of by Mr Wells' son Brendan Wells, who like his father believes in producing the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
